Kolaly offers three types of services:
1-Contracted Maintenance Service
Based on yearly contract for hardware and/or software support at a reasonable percentage of the product cost
2-Per Call Maintenance Service
Based on hourly charges for support services and an additional charge for parts supplied
3-Service Only
For customers who require only preventive/corrective maintenance services and agree to bear the cost of spares where required. For customers requiring remote Per Call service support, cost of travel, board and lodging is also payable at actual.
For the benefit of Contracted Maintenance customers, Kolaly provides the following:
1-Preventive/Corrective Maintenance
Kolaly’s engineers are on call during working hours to respond to clients requiring corrective maintenance. Additionally, this contract entitles a client to periodic preventive maintenance of equipment covered in the contract.
2-Back-Up Equipment
Back-ups are maintained for all critical equipment that has been installed by Kolaly. Backup is provided to the customer upon request. This backup equipment remains at the customer’s site till the original is returned in fully operational condition.
3-Spares Inventory
An adequate inventory of spares and supplies is maintained by all major centers and are used to repair customer equipment when required.
Geographical range of services / support
Kolaly has fully functional workshop at 15 Nadi El Seid street that is handled by qualified system engineers to log and monitor all incoming problem calls; assign relevant technical staff and monitor the call till their resolution.
A Helpdesk Database is deployed at our service center and logs of all service events are maintained for clients as well as internal references for evolving specific service and support strategies.
