Kolaly Engineering was formed in 1967 as an electromechanical engineering company.
In 1979, with the new upcoming trend in the online computing business, the company established a special department providing complete solutions of hardware and tailor made software.

In 1989 Kolaly became an IBM business partner.

In 2002, in order to meet the needs of business expansion Kolaly Technology was established as a separate company. It offers total solutions to the IT market by integrating the largest hardware brand names with software solutions. Most solutions were based on IBM, Oracle, and Microsoft technologies.
In 2004, Kolaly Group expanded its operations through founding “Dynamic Technology” as a distribution channel for hardware and software.

In 2005 Kolaly added to its portfolio retail business solutions.

In 2008 Kolaly added security products by providing ISS solutions.

In 2010 Kolaly became Xerox business partner.
